They will break all your crystals and make empty promises. Even tried to ask for more money before order was complete

I decided to buy a 30 day grind package for 10hr a day due to having low LS so buying a silver package would not be possible. I was planning to save up LS until the 30 days is up to buy a silver package.

Initially speaking with them, I specifically asked for a berserker player to pilot my account and even guaranteed to do every world bosses I requested because I have ALTs placed at every single one. We also agreed upon a schedule where the pilot will grind when I'm at work so I can play when I get home so it wouldn't be inconvenient for me. They even asked me to buy weight for a class I don't even play even though they can just put all the TL on a horse infinitely and use my storage maids which I have over 40 of them.

They even asked me to send them money because they broke another customer's crystals so much they decided to chargeback through paypal. (screenshots below)

After I placed the order, I was told they cannot find a pilot that knows how to play berserker despite them telling me they had one waiting for me BEFORE I sent the payment. I even specifically instructed them to build a cheap crystal set because I don't want my expensive crystals to break. After being told "Waste of time" I decided to make a cheap crystal set for them because I know crystal breaks are inevitable. So after making a cheap crystal set and telling them to make sure driver uses that set they still went against my wishes and used my expensive set anyways resulting in 1 Ultimate Macalod breaking. I decided to let it go because it might of been a miscommunication but it happened again. Before logging off I made sure the cheap crystal set is on and when they logged on they send me a screenshot of them using my expensive crystals and I once again told them to use the cheap set. Initially I was told it was just a macalod that broke so I wasn't angry but upon logging in I realized it was 2 macalods along with a decimation. After that I decided to just cancel my order.

I will not recommend this seller to anyone, they will make empty promises before payment but after payment they will change everything they promised you. I've been very understanding with them put at one point they are just blatantly ignoring your wishes and starting to become an inconvenience.

My Review 150 B Package

I contacted ExpertCare through the EpicNPC forum. Initially, I inquired about the 150 B Package, as I had several questions regarding the process and service, given the significant amount of money involved. All my queries were promptly addressed, and two weeks later, on December 1, 2023, I initiated the order, which was completed on December 23, 2023.
Positive aspects:
- ExpertCare was very friendly, and communication went smoothly for the most part.
- The grinders were highly productive, farming 4 billion silver in a 6-hour shift with 3-4 Lootscrolls.
- Access to the account for personal tasks was generally seamless.
- Almost 24/7 availability.

Negative points:

-Language barrier: Some communication issues arose due to the language barrier, though they were not significant.
- General offers: Unfortunately, the service was limited to specific packages, and negotiating individual prices, for example, opting for 50 B instead of 40 B, proved challenging. (As feedback: More personalized offers based on customer preferences would be appreciated.)
- An incident where a grinder stole 500 Caphras and 300 Memory Fragments from storage, which was inconvenient. However, the money was refunded promptly with a direct apology.
- Time zone: The most significant challenge for me, as an active BDO player, was the time zone difference. I usually play from 8 PM CET - 01:00 AM CET, but ExpertCare's grinders begin their shifts at 06:00 AM, their time. This sometimes resulted in double grinding sessions, making it difficult for me to access the account from 07:00 PM - 09:00 PM, interrupting my gameplay experience.

Conclusion:

ExpertCare is legitimate, friendly, and efficient, with a reasonable price-performance ratio. However, customers should be prepared for potential issues arising from time zones and language barriers, which are manageable.

Overall Rating: 8.5/10
Would I buy it again? Definitely, and I would recommend it.

Just to say for my case it was not a fake feedback. Maybe because of the double post of some peoples you think they are bots or something like that but it's easily explainable cause I did the same mistake first.
I just sent a message like this one but it was not considered confirmed so not really helpful for the seller, so after that I re-did the same feedback but with the good method so it's shown on the seller profile and help him. After that, in my case I modified my previous message to don't let a double post.
But other forgot and just copy/pasted their first message.
