I liked the service

I took 1 month package (300 hours), which is almost done. I am satisfied with services, at the beginning there was misunderstanding with crystals as well, pilot broke girin and other expensive crystals, but later on the week pilot grinded 1 day free to restore price of the lost crystals, so no loses for me at all. I can definitely recommend service.
 
@lazybdoplayer Yup they did the same thing to me, wasted all 3 of my recoveries the beginning of the year on crystals the cheap crystal set I told them to use thats worth 5M per crystal.
 
Make sure to check your crystal recovery amount, because I just noticed that the pilot used all my crystal recovery counts on cheap crystals thats only worth 500m. I can't believe that they would break crystals and just use the recovery function without notifying the customer.

Feedback is feedback. I am merely stating what I've experienced so other people can see it and review it themselves. This is not the first time the pilot has hidden things from you and not the first time you have not notice anything that is going on with my account. You didn't notice how most of every shift the silver grinded was off from the daily report, you also didn't notice how the pilot used my pearls to buy fairy blessings after dying. Or that the pilot swap my PEN capotia belt and replaced it with a duo basilisk.

You stated that you will be using VPN for extra security yet I've found multiple instances where VPN was not used or the location was entirely in the opposite side of the country.
Clearly from other people's review its not the first time the pilot has broken crystals than proceeded to use the recovery function to recover the broken crystal ( which you only get 3 per year). When you state in your rules you would fully refund, and it was under the assumption it would be refund with silver and not with the in game recover function that is very limited.

he literally said that pilot did this before to a client and he forgave him

and after all that he gave him back our accounts

they will ask you to tag more and more characters as the issue in the character not on their pilots then they will keep dying and broke your crystals regardless of the tagged character

then you will waste your time with them just to refund what they broke and overall that they will use a valuable items like a 270+ FS to tap a duo disto earring to fasten the recovery process

your accounts is more valuable than dealing with those guys

they are not professionals that all what I can tell you take the risk and discover yourself

Upon further inspection of my account, I also notice that there were days they were not using VPN as discussed or they were logging in with the wrong city IP address which put my account in Jeopardy.

Originally thought they were a good choice before because of the low price however, I soon regretted that decision. They initially offered a discount because I was a returning customer, but after negotiating the price they decided to back out of the agreed price and said due to me having not enough loot scrolls they'll have to charge me an additional $$$ for the 100B package. It took around 28 Days for them to complete the package and they did not even use the LS that they said they needed to charge me additional $$ for.

Pros-
Provides service that was advertised.

Cons-
-Every shift the amount they said was grinded was always incorrect. They'll say they grinded 4.2b but I'll check the screenshot they took and it was only 3.5b. Every shift the silver was off and I would have to correct them multiple times.
-Shift will take around 10hrs+ for just a little under 4B they claim its because they just provide the OUT screenshot later but I will be looking at steam and see that they are still online, there were times where I've caught them watching a movie/looking at pictures of classmates while still logged in to the account.
-Pilot used pearls to revive dead character multiple times with out permission.
-Pilot would sell my materials that I've stored to add to their own income logs.
-Language barrier, I've told them multiple times that they can grind at a higher end spot with my AP/DP but they insist on doing ancient scrolls and 2-3hrs of centaurs instead.
-Shift start time is always different, I've asked them to have a set time so I could log in but they declined. which caused me to not play at all during 90% of the duration of the package.
-Pilot became forgetful about VPN and would log in sometimes without VPN as discussed.

I recently purchased the 275 billion grind service package and I am extremely happy with the results so far. The team is very responsive and friendly. Terrible service as not following the orders/rules

I ordered 500B package ($1k5) and paid extra $300 (total: $1k8) due to I did not have enough loot scrolls, but seller accepted the deal.
While I was on service, I kept telling them not to touch my own items(resources), but they ended up touching them and turned them to their own daily report and always said they would refund. However, they did not understand how badly it was when they could not follow customer request and it is unethical on their business.
The service took longer than they promised to me in the beginning of making this deal (3.5 months to finish the deal, but the deal finished after 5 months)
About broken crystals, I told them not using my recovery function, but the spent all of mine! and they did not track how many crystal they broke and asked me back that how many crystal the broke :v

Please consider to use their service, as you have to keep track your own items(resources) everyday!

My review 140B silvers package

I come upon this thread while i was searching for someone to grind for me, since i can't always login all the time and my only time to play is only at night, and this game also demands you to live inside the game itself and grind until you got crazy. so i decide to find someone to do the grind for me, and then i found this guy on the top of EpicNPC thread, i contacted 2 service providers but the other one demands so much and already deny your request in just less than 10 mins, because of my shitty gear and some others. so i gave up on another seller and proceed with ExperCare instead, and these guys welcome you nicely. i told them my circumstances and my current gear condition, and to my surprise they said that's really not a problem, they said they can make it happen in just 40 days. so i said that's awesome and decide to proceed with ExpertCare. i ask how their grind method, and they willing to explain it briefly. i ask this because i need to know what to expect from the outcome for each day of grinding, really awesome.

Pros:
  • Delivery time is ontime just like what they said at the begining
  • NO NEED a high gear score (what you need is only full combined Tuvala and un-enhanced Jetina Boss gear, means boss gear for: Armor, Helmet, Gloves, Boots all is at reform lvl.0 and other parts is tuvala and capotia acc) THIS IS the most important part for me, so for you people that read this thread, don't be afraid about your gear score

  • will give you overall screenshot the outcome of their grinding every day, and screenshot of your latest state of your inventory and Market Place
  • they even give you some bonus too
  • they will refund of anything that lost in the time of their grinding
  • they willing to comply to your request and adjust to it
Feedback what to improve:
  • Internet connection: seems like other SEA countries, they experienced 'bad internet connection moment' or just simply their ISP died, gg. BUT it only happens to me twice, and one day of it, they can recovered the connection and continue grinding, so makes it only happens once
  • language barrier is real, they use different kind of english. so when i tried to explain/ask something to them, they response to something else, and sometimes you just doesn't know what they're talking about lol, but its managable because this happens when you ask them about something complicated and a bit technical, so its not really a problem for me.
Conclusion:
- Overall review: 9/10
- Would i buy from them again? absolutely yes. i will recommend these guy for silver grinding service

I got the silvers, but lost items in the process.

The work of ExpertCare was carried out within a reasonable timeframe. However, some pilots take the liberty of using elements from your deposits to expedite the process of accumulating money (Blackstone for weapons/armor, looting scrolls, completing events, cron stones for enchanting centaur belts, etc.).

Kai from ExpertCare is kind and helpful; I believe he is a victim of some of these pilots who do not share his dedication to fulfilling orders properly. I suppose it all depends on the pilot you get through the lottery, but I can't stand wondering what might be missing when I reconnect to the account.

I would say they do the job they are asked to do, but I am unable to trust them with the missing details on the side.
