New to EpicNPC, need help with posting sales thread(s)

So I'm having an issue with a service I'm trying to provide, I'm new to the forums (even though I made an account a while back) I never really used the site like that. Now that I want to use it, I'm having issues keeping my thread up permanently. So I posted a service thread for cheap boosting in the CS:GO area yesterday, and today I see that it's nowhere to be found!? I'm sure that it's wasn't taken down by a mod, I'm sure that I was in compliance with what Epic requires to make a service thread like I did, plus i didn't receive any message/notification that my thread was deleted/expired.

I'm wondering if it's related to the image I'll be adding below, I left that sale timer at default, unchecked. A friend of mine didn't have that timer according to him, when he was trying to post in the same thread section I was. Could he have been mistaken? More importantly, how can I get my thread to stay up permanently? Seems kinda costly if I have to keep posting a thread with all the features I want, in order to stand out more. What sucks is that I lost about 2k credits for a thread that lasted about a day ... Please help!!

Your thread was removed because we don't allow duplicates and you had another boosting thread.

I also don't see any store items used on that thread, so you didn't lose any credits. I see you have 2 unused items in your inventory.

Store > Inventory to view them. Click the configure button and enter the thread # to apply it to a thread 6 digit number, not full URL.
