We made another update to the thread listing design to address some of the concerns from the last update.

1. If you hover over the avatar (desktop only) it will now show thread views and replies counts. For mobile, we created a new info icon so it's more obvious to members that it contains more information.

2. Each thread will now show a feedback count if that thread received feedback. This way members browsing a section will know they're are reviews for a certain items or services.
-- The feedback count and actual feedback in the thread will not always be accurate. You might see a thread with 8 feedback, but only 3 or 4 "confirmed feedbacks" in the thread replies. This is because feedback did not always get posted inside the thread as a reply. This feature was added a few years ago. Before that feedback comments did not appear in the thread.

With this update members can now see all data that was previously available in addition to the new thread feedback counter. Please let us know your thoughts on the new design.

For long usernames, we had to shorten them a bit to fix them, so some might show ... if they're long.

I meant its showing your Unique Feedback but not your total , if same client purchase multiple times and they dropping another feedback per transaction etc

I find the current display of various feedback numbers and ratings to be potentially confusing for new clients or members who are unfamiliar with the system. Additionally, the current feedback display method appears to have a negative impact on dealers who frequently engage with repeat customers. In my opinion, it would be more effective to show the "Total Feedback" indicator, which better represents the percentage of trades that sellers actually conduct on this platform. Plus it gives a more cleaner look, and keeps ratings consistent across threads, comments, profiles, ect.

Stop with changes, you are making it worse and worse after each change. Not a single seller likes you last changes, and whoever told you those changes are great, is idiot.
From warning that epicnpc gold sellers are botters, scammers and hackers to redesigning of forum pages, not a single seller agrees with your changes. At least, any reputable seller.

I agree , what is the reason for showing " unique feedback " compared to the total? just wasting space and not necessary imo

I think that the feedback being moved back to the left and displaying grey when there is none is a welcome change, but the way it is now, 1 thread takes up more space than before all of these redesign changes were made.

In the original thread you mentioned the point was to make threads smaller so more would fit on 1 page, but now the opposite applies (I remember that before, 6-7 threads would fit on my screen depending on how long the titles were, but now it’s barely 5 regardless of title size). I only use mobile though, not sure if the PC version of the site is different.

Unless a thread title has 3 lines, you can currently fit 5 threads on most mobile screens. I can get 6 sometimes if there's a few threads in a row with shorter titles.

Before this update, it was 6-7 threads as you mentioned. We backtracked with this update so we can fix more information on the screen and do it in a way that made it easy to read/browse. I think it's worth the trade-off considering the comments from the last redesign update.

I personally think the mobile experience is the best it's been. It's very easy to read the titles and see the seller's info. For those wanting more info, it should be obvious the info icon can be clicked.

We'll be adjusting the TG button background color shortly for desktop so it doesn't pop-out as much. It appears it could be overbearing to some members.

Would agree that the current design is more aesthetic than the previous designs. You cannot please everyone, but I think some of last thread’s feedback was incorporated into this new layout quite well, so this should certainly be an improvement over what it was before this to most users.

I think showing the thread views down next to the feedback would look better , just a suggestion

View counters were abused previously, so to display it again would invite more abuse. I don't believe a threads view count is vital information for a buyer, which is why it was removed. For those interested in it, they can now see it by clicking the seller's avatar or info icon on mobile.

This was corrected yesterday.

The new design has a lot going on, I definitely feel like you guys can simplify it and make all the adjustments needed, having been on epic for a while now I’m looking at it trying to figure things out imagine a newcomer and how lost they’d be trying to figure out how to work it now, imo the previous update was great, yes it had a few flaws but I definitely feel like you guys could’ve fixed it without changing the look in some ways
