well heres a interesting new scam, one that exploits paypals intelligence in disputes, you buy a account then after you get all the information, dispute on paypal. this person "wowgamer1911" dispute was that he lost his paypal account, some one used it without his knowledge to buy the account which i sold him for 240$, personally i dont think that was a very strong reason to get a refund, its like saying "oops i lost my creditcard, so give me a refund, i didnt buy any of that" i thought it was a joke, trying to bring such a weak dispute into paypal, but yet paypal has rewarded the buyer a full refund even though i tried my best to explain that its not my problem that someone else bought a account or that you lost your own paypal account, hey wait isnt that in some kind of agreement that you have to check "yes" to? something about keeping your password and personal information of your account to yourself. i cant believe this [censored] its like similar to going to a restaurant ordering food eating it all, and telling the manager that the food you ordered was not correct and that you want a refund. as you can see im pretty pissed about all this, and i just want to warn you to not use paypal. they favor the buyer too much. its no wonder why their office was bombed 2 months ago.
