New here - I messed up

So I tried to hop on here and sell my game account. Long story short, I got hacked before the sale even went down due to poor game security and using the same username, and I'm trying to get my game account back from customer service. However, I'm worried that they'll see the post I made trying to sell it and refuse to retrieve the account. I was wondering if it would be possible to either delete the post, or change my username so it doesn't match the account name. Then of course, they may see this post too. So I guess I'm just digging myself further into the hole by asking this.

Im sorry, we do not delete posts. If you posted any sensitive account info like the character's username or some super rare item or achievement, I can remove that.

The account's username was the same as my ID on here, which is why I was hoping to change that, if the post could not be deleted. Also there was my Kik info in the post that is also the same.
