New FAKE feedback.

This guy says this in his feedback: He gave me red card because I do not knew that post need my skype too. i changed it in this time after he told me it but he gave me red card too. He told me "read rules" after this i ask him 3 times where is rules give me link and i will read but he did not make it. hes talk was aggressive i have screenshots too. I think he made it because I am from Georgian. Russia is my country`s occupant. no racism! my negative feedback you because change this aggressive talk.
I gave this person 2 months ago an infraction and now he decided to give me negative feedback for that. ALL was written in the infrqaction.

The infraction also was right as you can see, he has nothing in his post.
Can he get any punishment for this??? I think this guy must be banned for that here. He saw that I lost 920$ a week ago and a few hours ago I've got fake negative feedback by mistake. Seems like he wants to finish me.
I have no money living this time and I can't sell something because of this feedbacks.... That's not even funny for me this time...

It is fairness? already waiting your answers but u do not answer me where is rules. red card for post without skype? everybody posting like that and nobody have red card. what 920$ lost i do not know it and do not interesting too but why u want ban me? because you are admin and you can make it? you are not king brother. and in here is not monarchy! I think that it is not fairness that you made and gave you negative feedback! do not make it again. I am honest customer in forum. already help people if i can it. if anybody will post without skype do not give him red card. but you never made to other customer. only give it me. If anybody lost money or he is ill, it is not warranty that he is not guilty. administrators will decide everything. thanx

1) If you will check you'll find that the rules are posted in the infraction.
2) You had a few words in your post, the infraction was right. Again, that says that you even didn't read the infraction and immedeatly started to blame me. It says " Your thread must include price, item or service description and payment methods. "
3) The red cards which you are talking about are not shown to usual users, that's why you don't see other's infractions.
4) You still didn't read the rules. The feedbacks are only for transactions.
5) I don't see where I was agressive. I think you have to calm down and stop blame me.

6) I beleave you'll get a punishment for that. I have difficult sutiation without you, now i can't sell something untill this feedbacks ( from you and other guy ) will be deleated.

2. I was new and i did not know this rule. you told me and i edited my post this time. why you gave me red card? answer me? one word and i add my skype in post.
3. I know that nobody can see red card in post but i have friends. they are posting and they have not red card for this. people can contact together in forum and skype is not that important!
4. already read rules and I can give you negative feedback for aggressive and for ridicule people i think. because i cant make anything more for this. I want that everybody will be friendly. it is not important they are from Russia or from Georgia.
5. aggressive was your red card for nothing, aggressive was that u ridicule me and told me that " it is ok now ( with smile ) " aggressive is that u want ban me because i give you negative feedback...
you can work and do not ridicule people if you do not like him. you are not king!

Now just to add in parting comments for all reading, if you have a problem with an infraction that a local mod gives, feel free to contact me or any other smod or the admins to resolve it. do not get hostile or combative. We are very transparent and handle these situations appropriately. This case it is correct, contact information was not in thread. The forum rules are linked at top of every page, and you agreed to them by making an account.

Not involved here, but I will add my 2 cents.
[MENTION=494208]StifMaster[/MENTION], mods are here to help, and not to call others BrainDamaged, Brainless Kids etc. If you have issues and cant control your anger - do not apply for a mod position. You're here to help, not to insult people that don't speak/understand English well. Such behavior will not be tolerated here.
Lazyman, thought those infractions are shown for everyone and that's why he was probably mad that you gave it to him.
It's okay to make mistakes, we're all human afterall. Instead of insulting him, you should have said from the beginning that there is nothing wrong with the infraction and that the infraction points are set to expire in 30 days.

With that being said, if you continue to behave this way I will contact the Admins and have your badges removed. Keep your personal issues aside while you're helping the community here.

I answered all him in the infraction I gave with no angry. After that he started specifically to piss me off for this red card. Even after he got temp banned for all that he found my skype and started to strain me there. Specifically, not because he really needs help or something. I think every guy can get out of himself with this. After 2 months I gave him this infraction he decided to submit negative feedback for me telling he wants to be friendly.
I am always patient and helpful to all guys who need help. But here is an exception. I don't remember if some other members complained for me exept scammers and this one.
No problem, if you think it's needed then delete me from mods.

[MENTION=494208]StifMaster[/MENTION] It's not up to me to decide whether to remove you from the mod team or not, it was just a friendly reminded to keep calm whenever you deal with users of the forum, inside or outside of it.
Just message any supermod or admin if you have issues and we will have it resolved. I told the same to the other party, I told him he was wrong and he admitted it. I hope you guys learned the lessson and we can carry on from now on and be happy!
