Hi I like to appeal for the feedback here: https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/feedback/962323/view to be changed to neutral. I have attempted to contact with the buyer in DMs but haven't gotten any reply so I would like to appeal my case here. As the feedback mentioned I forgot to mention in the post that the google link was a dead link. This account was bought from the previous seller with the dead google link already there. For NIKKE accounts, any log in from non trusted devices using any linked account must be verified with a 2FA code from the level infinite account so any dead links are non issues.

I've since update the post to contain the linkage information but I would like to appeal for the feedback to be changed neutral. Neither of us initialized the conversation around the binding situation and if you can look through the private messages I sent to the MM in the TG thread you could see that I forgot about the google binding situation as I thought the MM was referring to recovery email. There were no negative intentions from me as I already earn a little more than 4x the amount of the account my net bi-weekly paycheck and if the trade had went through and the buyer wanted a refund due to this I would've refunded the amount + mm fees.

I would like to add that if the moderator believes this to be a fair review I will accept the decision here. Thanks

Here's where MM requested I leave neutral or negative feedback. I'm not particularly bothered about making it a 3* rating, which would make it neutral I believe. I don't think it should go higher though considering not mentioning a bind that could be used to recall acct later is a big deal.

@EpicNPC Mod As TG#132241 never went beyond the status `Payment info review completed` I believe the feedback can be removed?

@Rayne_Zireael I would argue that recalls can happen even having all binded accounts as the original owner can state that they lost access to whatever linked account. As the post mentioned I am not the original owner and when you're buying 2nd handed accounts there's always a chance of recall. Also I would like to add that NIKKE recalls are extremely hard to the point I would say it's impossible. If you can find a post where someone was able to recover their account I'll swallow my words.

I've said my piece. I'm fine with it being neutral feedback.

You're going to a lot of effort, however, to try to avoid obfuscate the attempt to hide the bind you didn't have and are now attempting to have it removed because you don't like the consequences? The original listing suggested you had access to and would provide all binds to the account and that wasn't true. That's what the feedback is about.

As I already claimed the google binding was forgotten about until the MM started and the TG conversation showed that (I assume mod has access to all messages in TG). Like I said above the full amount + fees would've been refunded to you as that was my negligence. Also I was fine to resolve this in DMs but you've been just ghosting me so now we're in the disputes thread.

I'm uncertain about how middleman plays into this statement but I've gotten confirmation that feedback in our TG is not allowed.
