Neilyoms attempted to recall his payment made to me on PayPal for a 60 hunter that I sold him on June 7 2021 per this thread :

I noted to the buyer that I purchased this account from a high (100s of positives) reputation member, Zmey1991, about a year before I sold it to him on June 7. In this year, which I can prove my original purchase from Zmey1991 a year prior, I had no issues with the account and the original seller told me it was under a fake name. So yet just over 2 weeks after I sell him this account he tries to dispute the funds he sent me without trying to contact me first.
I tried to contact him on Discord but received a notice he cannot accept messages from me (screenshot attached). I did message him on EPICNPC today as well to seek the reason for his recall and inform him of this dispute. Thinking maybe he removed me from his friends I tried to add him (Sulli#3113) but Discord said I could not add him and to check spelling, etc. Not sure if this means he deleted his discord.
