Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) they said that they were not the original owner AFTER THE FACT AND AFTER THEY RECEIVED MY MONEY !See screenshot below this!
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Email address, password,Pin number and a email address they stated was the original email but it wasn't !
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 7 days

Seller was not the original owner of the account and neopets won't return the account since it was compromised unless I provide them with the very first email account used to create it which is not the original email in which the seller did provided me when account information was given.So I can't get account back.See attachments below!

She asked me for a $50 account, I gave her the details of everything in the account. She accepted and got the bill. The next day she tells me that 9M is nothing (I already told her that the money she had inside was 9M) and that she wants more free money. She has been harassing me all these days, I even reported her to leave me alone. Before giving her that account, I gave her another one, which she didn't like and I changed it for this one that appears in the screenshots (I can add screenshots of that). I told her that if she continued harassing me, she was going to report her.

Then she started threatening to report me because she said she didn't like the account, that she had very little money and that she wanted more money. I repeat, before selling her account, I told her the exact amount of money in that account, and she ACCEPTED! She has been harassing me to the point where I have threatened to report her if she doesn't stop.

The first account she gave me which was supposedly a "mystery account" which she did not initially tell me was a complete garbage account filled with worthless items.I figured with what she said that the safety deposit box had 4000 plus items in it that there would at least be a few decent sellable items or alternatively a fair amount of neopoints but it was all unsellable worthless junk.I told her I wanted a refund after realizing that that account was crap and she stated she doesn't do refunds.After many days of arguing she offered me a new account which wasn't in my opinion worth $50 either but it was either take a account no matter how crappie it was or I just gave her a free $50.I asked her kindly if she could at least add some neopoints since again there was not alot of sellable items and she not nasty at me.

The second account wasn't originally hers and she didn't tell me that until way after the fact and now the account is frozen and since she didn't tell me what the very first email was or doesn't know it I am unable to recover the account.Again the second account she gave me she did not make it clear she wasn't the original owner until days after the fact!
 
The only reason why I accepted the second account was it was either take something whether it was **** in my opinion or not or I just gave her free money.Both account she gave me were absolutely positively not worth $50.I wish I had screenshots of both accounts to show you how shity they were but I didn't!

She also started looking up my personal info home address phone number and family members and threatened to come to my house!

The fact is that the account was perfectly fine up until February 27th when it was frozen I believe she went on the account and cause it to be frozen on purpose which she neither admits to denies.The whole thing comes down to now I don't have an account or my money and I am left with nothing and she still has my money and is refusing to refund me.

that is going to be impossible because that user has frozen my account, he got angry because I didn't give him NPs and he has frozen it. That user is a scammer, he has already done the same thing to me with two accounts that I gave him, he demands that I give him money because he says that he plays from his mobile, and that it is not fair that I not give to him more NPs.
I fulfilled my sale 100%, I even helped him at first because he didn't like the first account I gave him and I changed it for another account (the other account is the one that appears in the screenshots). I can send you more captures, he was satisfied with the account but the next day he demanded more free NPs from me and since I didn't give it to him he got angry
 
It can be unfrozen but because she is apparently not the original owner of the account and doesn't know the first email used to create the account which is what they are asking for in order to unfreeze it there is no other way to get it unfrozen.She did not tell me before I took the account that she wasn't the original owner of the account.She only told me this days later.
 
If she knew what the first email used to create the account was than she would be able to recover it easy peezy but she doesn't know what the first email used was because she isn't the original owner of the account!
