Negatve Feedback Without any Proof and Reason

I didn't buy or sell anything from him as I said, I just blocked him and he left me a negative feedback,
I don't even have a chat with him in EpicNPC, and I think i can block everyone i want to, this can't be a reason to negative feedback.

Banned - Scammer

Hello EpicNPC Team,

I left him a negative feedback because he was try to buy an AQW Account we dicuss in Dc, but he wants to meet him in the game even though i can provied any necessary screenshots i don’t know what’s the point and i ask him a favor that “I meet him ingame if we have an Tradeguardian already” just making sure that he is sure buyer but he blocks me and accusing me as scammer. So i left him a negative feedbacks.

I explain everything to him that i can’t meet him ingame obviously, it’s illegal to sell an aqw account. but he accused me i’m a scammer because i’m not letting him meet to the game even tho i can send any necessary details i don’t know what’s the point meeting him ingame even though i do transaction with trade guardian but he blocks me. The reason i left him negative feedbacks for a waste of time and frustration and accusing me as scammer.

He can't as you see, we don't have any message, even not a trade guardian request. He don't have any proof of transaction. I blocked him cus his discord acc was new and sussy. I didn't trust him and i don't even need a reason to block someone, this can't be a reason to negative feedback as TOS says.
