Im sorry to bother admin/mod/my customer

my customer:Prettylush ordered ffxiv gil from our website.Unfortunately we didnt correct price instantly on NA-Gilgamesh which is higher cost and cant find a supplier to deliver his gil and wanted to refund him but he refused and wanted to force me to deliver what he paid for. I m in the bad situation and had to refund what he paid for.nothing was lost here for neither side!No trade happens

hopefully admin/mod could remove the negative

Well a sale happened and you could not deliver due to your own mistake on your site, thats a negative experience. Under any other business by law you would have to deliver at advertised prices.
Did you try to offer the customer slightly less gold for that price or just refund.

It was $30 per 10m on NA-Gilgamesh from my site.I told him its lower than market price a lot cuz we didnt correct price since we were updating our site recently.he also checked pa and it was $35 per 10m. i said i could lose some money to pay my supplier to match pa rate to deliver him around 9m but he refused as well

I think a negative is too much considering a refund was offered right away. I changed it to neutral and added "Received refund" to the comment so it's more accurate.
