I bought an account from him. About 20Day(s) later he did changed the account details. I asked him whether he is the owner of account and he said yes but did refused to help get back the account.
After that all i opened a dispute against him on PayPal. Dispute is in progress.

He gave me the negative feedback because of the dispute on PayPal.
