I received a negative iTrader feedback from a user I sold an account to. He said that he attempted to contact me yet I have not received any PM's from him via website (I use AIM express only and state that I only receive messages while online).

I fully guarantee my accounts against any recalls with refunds, however, I do not take responsibility for accounts that get banned or locked though I go to the fullest extent to try and help unlock or unban the account. A PM would have been nice before throwing a negative feedback my way.

Just want to get this all cleared up.

I had not cleared my cookies on my laptop and I was still logged onto the account after selling it via battle.net. I noticed a support ticket open AFTER I sold it to Hankle for deleted items/gold. My only guess is that he opened a ticket, GM noticed the I.P change from his area and got the account locked/banned.

sorry didnt see these messages... I contacted him via aim late at night to buy the account. After he sold it to me and provided me the information I logged on to make sure the character was there and everything was accounted for as described. Everything looked good so I change the account email and then changed the log in password calling it a night. Next time I try to log into the account it had a notification which is permanently disabled. Not sure why or what happened....?

Tried contacting the seller MULTIPLE times via AIM while he was online but never got an answer from him.

He had me send him the money via paypal as a gift (dumb on my part i know) so I can not recall my money. He has provided me no help or outreach or solution to resolve this issue. That is why I gave him the negative rating as I feel it is deserved.

Yet not once did you even attempt to send me a PM on here? I've already stated that I use a mobile/express version of AIM, it shows me online 24/7, but I only receive messages when I'm logged on.

I have not refused anything, you have just made a -very- poor attempt to communicate with me. The account in question is not banned nor permanently disabled. I looked through my Junk folder, and it seems that the account is temporarily disabled from unauthorized access (I'd assume its from the ticket that was opened for the lost gold/items, I cannot be sure).

This is the email that I received (Accounts that get disabled sometimes get emails sent to the last known email. Had it happen before on another account I sold and got it re-enabled after sorting out with the OO):

The account is not banned nor recalled. I give refunds for any recalled accounts or anything I feel that is partly my fault, however, I rarely do for events when an account is permanently locked or banned, because I do not know what the buyer has actually done with the account.

I'm in the process of getting in contact with whom I have purchased the account from and from them the OO to sort this out. I understand why you are upset Hankle, but jumping to conclusions before even talking to me and leaving a negative is just a poor way to do business.

Made contact with the seller I bought the account from. He is currently looking around his files for the details about the OO of the account. I suspect this will be resolved in about a day or so, provided he can obtain contact with the OO.

[Mon Dec 12 2011 09:26:29 PM] Sean Smith: And the trade is listed here. http://vbforums.mmobay.net/itrader_detail.php?ir=455213&u=190401
[Mon Dec 12 2011 09:26:40 PM] Sean Smith: Not looking to get an account, just trying to get it unlocked.
[Mon Dec 12 2011 09:28:14 PM] Sean Smith: Guess this was a dead lead then. Thanks anyways.

This is the conversation I had today with the person who sold it to Ziren. Pretty much blew me off at every point. Ziren said this guy knows how to contact the OO, but it doesn't look like it. Going to try to have ziren talk to him since he said that he would help ziren if there was ever a problem with the account.

So this is the known chain trade, although there could be more ppl involved before user1 if he didn't get it from the OO.

OO > user1 > IROCKICE4 > ziren08 > ssmith297 > hankle

So IROCKICE4 would not help you with the seller he got it from. Hopefully he'll help ziren.

Is Irockice4 a member here? what's his username?

He is a member, however he has not logged in in about a week. His username here is mahs4.

Contact information:
AIM- Irockice4
MSN- [email protected]
Skype- Rosieodonell

It looks like he blocked me on AIM after I logged off however, and can't contact him directly any more.

I was also wondering if Hankle could provide screenshots of the tickets for the account. I'd like to look over that ticket I saw about lost items/gold.

The guy still has me blocked and no update from ziren as of yet. I'm pretty sure that the account being locked doesn't prevent you from accessing the support area of the account (you use it to help appeal bans). Hankle should have atleast received an email as to -why- the account has been banned or locked. Doesn't seem to enthusiastic to get this solved.

Your right smith, i would rather throw away $60 just to give you a negative rating. Dumba$$, anyways I just got an email saying that I need to fill out the account recovery form... I need the photo ID for the account... so unless you can provide that to me, i dunno what else can be done.

You know what. I'm sorry, but I'm just not dealing with this user anymore, Mike. He got the account locked on his own accord, I'm trying my best to help out and accommodate, but he just does nothing but insult me for what seems to be his own fault. Feel free to lock the thread, I can't deal with immature people like this.

Hankle, ssmith297 is trying to help you get the account unbanned, so I don't understand why you have an attitude.

ssmith297, if you get the ID, just PM it to me and I'll contact Hankle with it so you don't have to deal with him.

I'll pm you if I ever get into contact with the OO. It looks kind of dim though, since zirens seller blocked me. I'd still like the feedback removed however, since I'm not actually at fault here, seeing as I wasn't the one who got the account locked for X reason.

I can't remove the feedback until the issue is resolved, however I did edit it and removed the part that said you wouldn't contact them back, since you did.

I can only remove the feedback if you can prove the account was banned due to something hankle did. it seems it was banned fairly quickly from when he received it, so that would suggest it was a past issue that finally caught up with the account.

Had he had the account for a few weeks, then it got banned, I would say it was probably somethign he did.

That's why I asked him to provide screenshots of the last few tickets on the account, because I noticed the one for lost items/gold. You see, after I.P changes and a ticket submission, an account will most likely be locked. I've had it happen before. A person was cleaning out their bags, deleted an item, regretted it, submitted a ticket, GM noticed the IP change and then locked the account.

Well when it comes down to it, it doesn't matter if the account is banned or locked. The negative feedback is because hankle bought an account and he currently doesn't have access to it and hasn't been compensated.

If the account was locked for what you said it was above, that would still fall to the seller to get it unlocked for the buyer. IP locks happen all the time so the buyer shouldn't lose out on the money or account because of it.

Like I said, the feedback can be removed once the account is unlocked/unbanned or compensations is provided.
