Negative feedback that has been solved between me and the seller

Hello, I have previously talked with @fr0z3nbg and due to personal reasons I wasn't able to be active on the platform for the last 2 days, which is why he left me a negative feedback. I've been talking with him via private messages and he said he understood why I wasn't able to respond.

The problem has been solved between me and him, and I'd like to have the negative feedback removed if possible. Thank you!
