What he says it's completly true. After I started the order I was left with no internet and pc for 20 days because I moved houses.
After I explained him the situation he agreed on accepting a refund via Paypal.
Im sorry for the troubled caused. I am always in a rush to complete orders and this was an exception as I couldnt complete the order even if I wanted. I take the blame afterall because I failed to notify the buyer about what was happening.
