Buyer bought PL from me. I did say it was going to take 4-5 days, but it took longer than expected. I didn't guarantee 4-5 days, It's just an estimate time. and he didn't say he'd like to stop the order or refund. so we went on the job and got the order done.

I made the thread on 5-19-2014. which before the game released.we are new to this game, all datas are predicted.

Buyer contacted us when he found its going to take longer, we appologized for the delay to him. He didn't say anything,so i thought he understood us. then we went on leveling and got his character to lvl 50.

I think we should not get a negative feedback.

Pls remove it. thank you.

The buyer said "Full 20-50 Quests" wasn't done and was supposed to be part of the boost, did he get that?

I changed it to neutral at this time, but the buyer is allowed to leave feedback if they are not happy.

I wasnt informed about that they done do the Quests and instead boost that account via PvP.

2. I think if theres an time for the service posted they should stick to it and i think posted like this is an guarantee plus they said it on the skype chat

3. I dont care if the post was done before the game was released. They have to check if it can be done like they offer things.

4. The reasons for there fail are always something else, first server problem (servers where all the time up, got an sec. account on the same server and was playing) then network issue and now "its a new Game".

5. Why should i stop the service before the char is lv50 ? Would i get my money back ? I think not.

Like i said before. i made this thread before the game was released.I was too lazy,and i just bumped the thread daily. after we got many orders done,some of those orders got delayed too, no customers complained about it.which makes me ignore the infor. listed on the thread.we appreciate their understanding. You are the first serious ppl. which made me close the old thread and made a new one (before you left me a negative feedback). We also thank you for your complaint which makes me find the wrong infor. in my thread.

If you informed us to stop the service, of course we can work something out. like partial refund or anything else.

We did do quests while leveling, just not done all quests. some quests the leveler didn't know how to do.

I checked the post and Skyboy you did include questing in your package plan.

In your feedback Stroh80 you said "Full 20-50 Quests" and below is the only package that includes 20-50 so I'll assume this is the one you bought.

Can you explain what "full 20-50 quests" means? Does this means all quests from level 20 to level 50 will be completed?

Stroh80 how many quests are missing?

Skyboy it is not the buyers fault that you didn't update your thread. He purchased a package from you that included quests and you didn't say anything to him at the time of purchase that the thread was inaccurate. How is the buyer supposed to know that quests aren't included?

I see two options.

1) Skyboy completes the service with all quests from 20-50 completed
2) Skyboy issues a partial refund for the incomplete work (about 10-20% of the total cost depending how many quests are left)

I'll leave it up to you guys to decide.

Hello Mike, "Full 20-50 Quests Done", I meant we did leveling by quests during from 20 to 50.not meant done all quests. sorry the package was made by my partner, English is not his native language.

Its not the buyer's fault, its mine. I didn't double check the thread and update it in time.

I'd like to refund $20 to Stroh80.(he paid me $145)
