Negative feedback removal

Obviously i dont have warranty over a long time because i cant know what he did with the account (if he tried to sell or something and he got scammed) so my request Is that the feedback should be removed cause It makes no sense at all. After 4 month of playing later i saw this message when i try to login in my account while i didn't give my bandai account to anyone and it was supposed to be only linked to it :

Im not much Active these days as im on holidays. Anyways, whats the point of recovering an account i sold ? I dont get It, as i would have to transfer It constantly, cause you have the access to the account too. I dont have time and i dont get why i should recover an account i sold.

And i cant be sure that you didnt try to sell It or trade It with Someone else, what do you mean.

You say you are not active but you have see my message yesterday but you completely ignoring it. Yes you doing the transfer constantly because 3 days i can't access to the account and i saw on your profile epicnpc that i'm not the first who does this happen to . For the end i have try to sell this account 1 week ago , there is only 2 people who were interested : the first he want i go first but i refuse and the second is for a trade and he still thinking of this so other than that i did nothing.

I cant have proof that you didnt do anything with the account as i dont provide any long term warranty. I Just accessed, didnt check messages or anything. Im not even playing the game.

Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.

Feedback Disputes

1. If TG was used, we will review feedback disputes as normal.
2. If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
- If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
- If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed

I sold the account to this giyy, without using trade guardian. Its been 4 months now. How do i know that he didnt get scammed or anything else ? We know that dragon ball Legends has sick security but Its not my fault if he cant access the account 4 months After he bought It. So please Just remove and end this story.

I can say that it is your fault since I have not had access to it for several days and I have done absolutely nothing in exchange or sale with this account. And what will I have to gain by leaving you a negative review? If i was scammed by another one i will report him to epicnpc but as I did nothing and you are the one who sold me the account.

Why should i recover the account when you have full access to the log in i gave you ? I didnt recover It or anything like that. Why should i recover an account that you have access to ? Its pointless. I cant even sell It or anything else.
