Negative Feedback Removal

Requesting to remove negative feedback from @Iloveboobs84 . This person has been harassing me for quite some time now and makes unnecessary comments and posts through both PMs and my thread. I made it clear to this person that I did not want to deal with him anymore because of a failed transaction before but he keeps on insisting that I should transact with him again which I really don't want to. My complain now is not primarily because of the failed transaction but because of the negative PMs and post on my thread and he just can't seem to leave me alone.

What can I do to make him stop bothering me and make him stop posting negative comments on my thread? Thanks

Summary of the failed transaction:

Buyer placed a partial payment for an account so the account can be reserved only to him for a couple of weeks.
Buyer asked me to spend in-game currency / gems on the accounts to do pulls for him which I complied with.
On the last week or two before the final payment, buyer asked for a refund without any regard for the requests he made on the account which I wouldn't have done if he had not bought it.
I refunded the payment without question but I said to the buyer I didn't want to deal with him again.

He has only posted messages he wanted and did post the entire conversation where HE AGREED to sell me another account last month. I posted Neg feedback because he left Neg feedback on my account as well without cause. I had a Legit reason for asking for a Part-payment back and that was because my mother was Hostiplzied and passed away shortly after. If he didn't want to refund the money He didn't have to he made that decision on his own. I NEVER forced him to Refund it. I'll reverse the Neg feedback if possible ONCCE mine is removed.
Nothing you have posted AS PROOF shows I didn't intend to fulfill our Deal and would have until my mom passed. What you need a copy of her DC to show I wasn't lying and I never Slandered you until now when after you agreed to sell me another account 1 last time but FAILED to upload that Message because you seem to think it doesn't matter and it would prove you as the one in the wrong.

You deliberately left out the Agreed to sell me another account from the message you post as Claimed interaction that we Verbally discussed. It was a few months back. when I say a few I mean either somewhere In DEC of 2019 or early Jan 2020. From Jan 2020 to now is in at less 4 months or more since our verbal agreement. Let me ask you this then WHY? would I keep bothering you if you didn't agree to sell me another account? I have better things to do than harassing people like you. My message to you was something like Hey I sorry I deal went bad I didn't have a choice to ask for the money I very much Intended to pay-in-full but My mom was Hostiplzied and passed away shortly after. Could you Just sell me 1 MORE ACCOUNT and I WILL pay in Full when I get all the Money together? Looking for an account with ALL or Most TYBW CHARACTERS included. It took you 72hours but you replied with You didn't know if it was possible to get 1 account with all TYBW included but if you did it would cost me around $400.00. If you couldn't get 1 with most I could look for 1 I wanted in your listing and that would be the LAST account you sell me. When I found the account I wanted with 16 or 17 tybw in your available listing I messaged you not to Harass you but to BUY that account Seriously and I have the entire amount for the payment $250.00. You come at me with this BS about not wanting to deal with me after YOU AGREED to sell to me 1 MORE TIME. I don't know where you get I keep messaging you I PM'ed you twice asking why you didn't write back to inform me if the account was still buyable and only once after you you broke your Word about not wanting to deal with me again I wrote ONE unnecessary post because I was Pissed off about the situation.

Well if you don't want to read it because of that excuse then I'm not removing yours. sorry, My reason is Justifiable more than yours. You are an Untrusted Seller and I'll stand by my feedback for you. This is your loss then. Goodbye. @EpicNPC CM His Feedback can Stay on my account don't do him any favors. Dear @EpicNPC CM please don't remove his Neg Feedback. He deserved what it is because of What he is Doing By picking and choosing Who he sells to. In My Own Opinion, he deserves to have his selling account revoked for those reasons. When you post on this site your here to sell to Whoever pays the asking price. He assumes I am bothering him. I didn't write to him until I wanted to by one of his accounts than it escalated from there with claims of harassment and OLD comments from 2019 but not including the 1 conversation we have where he agreed to sell me another account with TYBW Characters. Seems he's forgotten that 1 comment from 2019 the very last time I wrote him until recently. Feedback needs to be on his account for those reasons.

I was already Notified about my comment and that mod already said I could dispute my Neg if I wanted. The only evidence is Old comments not pertaining to this Issue so there Irrevented. The Mod didn't feel it was necessary to remove my feedback for him so he left it as is.
