Negative feedback removal

Some dude gave me a negative for an account which appeared recalled.
I've settled the situation with a refund as he did meet the warranty on my site.

However he went mental with threatening and chargeback nonsens so i didn't bother to read the the whole story.
Anyway tis resolved.
