Other details / notes: Customer upset they ordered 10 Million gold and then complained they could have gotton more for the same price. They did not ask for a refund or to trade it back, and were well aware of the price prior to purchase. The thread they posted in does not mention we sell currency, nor does any other thread on this site other than for Guild Wars 2.

notified wotplayer. from what i can see that is indeed an incorrect negative feedback. The rule clearly states

Acceptable Negative Ratings:
You do need to back those up by proof via a report in the scammer forum or the rants and raves forum.

Scammer, stole my ...
Provided false account information.
Recalled account (state reason).
Hacked my account.
Attempted to sent me virus/keylogger and or other malicious software.
Did not follow by agreed terms.
Transaction went horrible.
Owes me a refund/compensation for ...

.....guess i got it wrong ....i checked lots of websites and i think i confused ...that i way i sad on the website it sad 100 M for 3.5 $

You can see both on your purchase summary and paypal transaction it was 10 Million and in no way could have been confused or misrepresented as 100 Million.

You at no time brought it to the attention of live chat or your tracking ticket that you wished to receive a refund, you completed the trade of the 10 Million you ordered.
