I am opening this thread on Cecile28's request.
Yesterday I received negative rating from Punchout57 but we figured out the situation and he agreed to remove the negative feedback.
However, he tried to do it and there is no option for him to do so.
I've contacted Cecile28 and she/he told me to open this thread so that Punchout57 could confirm that he agrees to remove the negative feedback.
