I sold the user @Redtomunist a steam account that was later recalled supposedly and negative feedback has been left. This case is over 2 years old and cannot guarantee the OO's do not recall the accounts.
Thus I'm looking to refund the $75 via any payment method he prefers. Tried to contact him through private message to see if he is still willing to work with me to get this resolved.
