So this all started mid August. I wanted to acquire a global agenda account off a user by trading with them. This users name is: skyewauker .... We finally agreed I would trade him the set of 3 WoW keys for his max level Global agenda account. We traded, and all of the conversations were through this sites message system so this can be confirmed by any admin.

After we traded I only played the account for a week. I recently wanted to come back and give the game a try again and could not login. It said the passowrd was wrong, so I tried to retrieve it via email. It than said my email was incorrect.
MY last measure was to contact skyewauker directly through the site. The user responded saying they had not only received a message saying the account was banned, but had been trying to get it unbanned. They also said they had just started playing again and "bought", a new account.
Skyewauker messages me also to say the account was banned for malicious activity or hacking.
I say again, this can all be confirmed through messages on this site.

Now by my own knowledge that I never used any 3rd party program, hack or traded/sold the account since then, it could not have been by my hands. I also know that (My job is also IT), my computer does not have any keylogging malware on it nor did it have in the past.

So it becomes really simple because skyewauker also messages me saying they are the ONLY person who could have recalled the account. It seems very fishy when you put the evidence together. Not only did he start playing again, HE receives emails about the account banning, NOT me, even though the account was on MY email address.

When I approach him this this inescapable truth, he basically gives me the cold shoulder and tells me I am S.O.L. I tell him I want some sort of benefit from the transaction and he does not even respond. Recently I gave him a negative reputation on iTrader for this incident, and he suddenly follows up with a negative on me AND in the description of the negative all of a sudden he now knows the exact method that caused the account to be banned " credit sales" which before he did not.

I believe, in the eyes of anyone with common sense, this user is a scammer.

I'll reply quick. Mods won't have to worry about finding me.

I received an email about a 3 weeks ago, stating that the account had been banned. I sent emails back to HiRez asking why it had been banned and they stated "malicious activity". Come to find out someone had been selling in game currency on the account. I told them it wasn't me that did it and that I hadn't played the acccount in a very long time. I asked them if there was any chance they could be mistaken and if so could they unban the account. They told me no. The went on to tell me it had been permanently closed down and that if I wanted to play again that I had to buy a new game. Seeing how I could care less about the game, I told them thank you for your time and that was it for me.

As for your claim of why did they send an email to me and not you. I have zero clue. The only conclusion I can come to is the fact that my email was in their database as the original one. You can email Hi Rez and ask them if you wish.

Fastforward to today. I got some rude f*ck coming at me over a $20 game that wasn't that great when it was around and after playing a bit of sandstorm on a new account, isn't that good now either. I have never recalled an account (Ive probably sold 5 WoW accounts, numerous betas, and a **** ton of single player games). Ive sold COUNTLESS items on Ebay and bought them as well. I can supply my feedback from these sites if you wish.

Yes, I told the account holder that he is responsible for all virtual goods after it changes hands. I don't care if you are Bill ****ing Gates. If you get your **** hacked , its on you. Not me. You aren't some omnipotent with the best security in the world. After it left my hands, I am void all responsibility unless I do something to compromise the account, which I did not.

You can ban me if you wish. Its not going to be the end of the world.

But let the record state again, I did not recall the account. I did not compromise the account, email HiRez about the account, or anything else of that nature. And BTW, I work in the Oil and Gas industry. I was on an offshore shift for 28 days starting around Nov 14th (I flew out the 14th, got there the 15th, started work the 18th). I got back on the 6th of this month. I had pretty much zero access (other than using a laptop to check my mail about 3 times) during that whole period. Unless I own the satellite, there is no way I could have recalled and played on the 20th.

Next time , you need to be a bit more careful with your account. Because thats what this is. YOUR account. I don't owe you a damned thing period.

Editing the post to let the mods know that they can check my history here on these forums and see that my time frame checks out in terms of doing "deals" and being active here.

All i really see are just words denying the crime ever took place, when all the evidence says otherwise.
Really you can say you were on some oil rig, or on Mars, it is just words over the internet and does not even pertain to the topic...
You could have recalled it any time after the first week we had traded, because I had not touched it since then, and clearly you did.

btw, $20 game? I traded you $70 in WoW keys.
I mean I guess I could be a real a-hole in this situation and call blizz saying the keys were stolen while I was saving them and give them the actual pictures of the keys on the sleeve. Than let any banning repercussion come back on you, since I am sure you don't even have that WoW account anymore (unless you recalled that too).

Too bad, the account was not hacked, and even the email described does not have any mention of the account being hacked. It is just about malicious activity and credit sales. These are your own words too, so as it pans out, you still have no evidence in your favor

revenge feedback is not allowed. The keys he provided you worked, so you have no right to leave negative feedback. It has been removed.

Moving this to the scammers forum now, so we can get to the bottom of this.
