Okay so to be fair, I'm gonna out myself here, we do a lot of sales with no contact. That being said, if you have an issue, contact me right? Well this guy didn't. I only have a name to go off of on epicnpc, but I checked everywhere and can't find -any- connection to this guy. Even checked my queries and sales on selly to see if his username matched an e-mail and nada. I did this I believe the day the feedback was taken and I also believe there is a report but I received no response. There's no posts, no pms, no contact whatsoever. Even if he had a transaction, wouldn't it be against the rules to just leave feedback without contacting me in the first place anyway? I suppose the burden of proof of that would be much harder, but yeah I've tried for like at least a couple hours to find this guy between both times I've looked and I've got nothing.

I apologize for the late response to this, my lease was up, and I was in the process of moving all last week, we just got internet at the place. From crappy 60/2 Charter to Also still kinda crappy Time Warner 200/20 for the same price though. I also have another negative feedback I'd like looked in to because the customr had an issue after the warranty was up but I'll sasve that for another day, this is at the least a blaringly obvious issue.
 
Sorry you would have to prove transaction has not occured. with auto buy no contact here is needed so we cannot require contact to leave feedback, it would be abused. notified user
 
User has provided proof he bought from your paypal and proof he tried to contact you via the slut.io messenger

You'll forgive me if i'm a little skeptical, because not only did I go over your rules before posting and saw zero mention of no need to contact for auto buy (uh, why? Literally no other website would have that), the burden of proof rule is a three day difference, not the 30 days where it would be on me?

And it's okay for him to supposedly contact you, but not me? That's not right. Basically what you're telling me is I can go in to your autobuy website, purchase something, and then leave negative feedback, zero liability.

Not only that, but there is quite a large policy statement on how we don't refund after the warranty time was up, If it even fell in the 24-3day warranty time.

Payment was on Aug 12 for $23.00 for a level 32 Pokemon GO account, however based on the images it shows a refund was issued on Sept 1st.

Aug 12 - purchase
Aug 29 - negative feedback
Sept 1 - refund
Sept 13 - feedback dispute

It appears to me this is already resolved. I messaged Bacchiri to double check and based on what he says the feedback can be removed.

Aug 13 - account lost, no response from seller for 2 weeks via selly
Aug 29 - negative feedback, paypal dispute opened
Sept 1 - refund

Bacchiri stated he tried to contact you for 2 weeks via selly which is how you received payment. WoW-Fairy if you didn't see it or didn't check those messages, you need to start checking.

Bacchiri confirmed no other contact attempt was made outside of Selly (slut.io).

Since the feedback was given here, Bacchiri should have attempted to contact the seller here since that's how he found him. WoW-Fairy is also at fault for not replying via Selly to find out which one of his costumers was complaining.

Since a refund was given, we'll update this from negative to neutral.
