I left negative feedback for trentwgraham because he sold me an account which included the hotmail email address. I promptly changed the password to the hotmail and edited the security questions. However it would not let me change the backup phone or email for 30 days.
I played the account for 3-4 days then the next time I tried to login the password had been changed. I then tried to login to the hotmail email to recover the password to find that password had also been changed. The security questions had been changed and I have no way to recover the account.
I messaged trentwgraham several times on both skype and this site with no response for 2-3 days. I informed him that if he did not restore the account to me within the 30 day window on paypal that I would escalate the claim, and if that failed I would have War Gaming lock the account. He then opened a forum on here to discuss this matter and resolve it. He went on to state that it was impossible for him to recover the account and other things while the same time he was playing the game!
I attempted 15 different times over the last 3 days to login to this website but the webpage would not load. I tried from work, home, the local college and my cell phone. I also had friends from CA and FL try to get on but the website would not load for them either.
I finally logged in today and see that the feedback was removed even though trentwgraham admitted that he did recover the account and now has the information again. That thread is now locked.
