So basically, @Slash8789 bought an account from me back in April 2020, I provided him with the email which came with the account and provided him everything. After a few weeks, I had gotten rid of the OGE email which I had kept under my possession. Anyways, the buyer had issues after a few months when he contacted the Epic Games support and they had disabled the account for suspicious activity or something. Instead of telling him it was his fault and I wasn't responsible. I decided to help the guy and went out of my ways to help him with the information which I had saved from the real owner of the account. Contacting the Epic Support was clearly his fault, anyways. I did help him and I even got him a few receipts. He kept talking with the Epic Support and the account was enabled again with all the information so everything was good. The account was bought for his children since he doesn't play the game himself. It's his kids who use the account and got disabled. Anyways, a few weeks ago. He had contacted the Support again or something and the account had the same issues or something, the guy reached to me. I told him I would make sure to try my best and get him the account activated again, anyways. I'm not fimiliar with what happened as he said he will take care of the issue himself and sort it out with the support since I had nothing to do with it. He kept talking for days/weeks with support and they changed the email to the oldest one which was deleted. Well, without even speaking with me, he leaves me a NEGATIVE feedback without consulting with me.
After everything, I feel like I was respecting him too much, I wasn't supposed to help him in the first place since sellers aren't responsible if you get your account banned by support yourself. God knows what he/his children did with the account. Anyways to put an end to all of this and not deal with the same issues over and over again I had refunded the buyer in full amount. Epic Games had changed their policies several times regarding accounts in the previous months but I still refunded him even though it was 100% buyer's fault. He agreed he would get the feedback removed once the issue is solved, he wanted another FORTNITE account but I told him it would be better if I refunded him and got rid of this deal cause I didn't want any similar issues in the future. Since he lets his children use the accounts and god knows how many IPs/devices they use the accounts on.
Here is my conversation history with the buyer on Discord, please check the first few images which contain the main issue:
Please remove the feedback since I had nothing to do with it. Guess it was my fault that I was being super nice with this person and treated him way too well when it was his fault for getting the account suspended by the Epic Games Support. I have sold more than 200+ accounts in here and none of the buyers had any kind of issues.
