I am disputing the negative feedback of "shady seller" after selling an account to a user. Prior to the transaction, I informed the buyer that there would be no refunds. After transaction, the buyer acted strangely, performed a name change on the account, and asked for a refund. I declined as we agreed on no refunds prior to the sale, and the buyer started to call me names and harass me. Based on this interaction, I left feedback stating how I did not enjoy the transaction and wouldn't deal with this person again. After I left my feedback, the buyer left his own feedback, stating I was a "shady seller".

I behaved as expected during the sale, providing account details and an email change code within three minutes of the payment being sent. The account was exactly as described; the buyer eventually relisted the account with my description copy and pasted. I should not be subject to retaliatory feedback since I behaved as expected as the seller and was simply leaving honest feedback.

Trade guardian not used. Screenshots of transaction DM's and proof of transaction are below. Further proof of the other user's erratic behavior can be seen in his feedback dispute thread where he continues to harass, call names, and type in all caps.

Feedback Removal/Change Rules

  • If a dispute is opened and resolved, the negative feedback will be changed to neutral and the comment will be updated to reflect the issue has been resolved.
  • Feedback based on rudeness or slow service (non-extreme) can only be neutral, not negative.
  • Feedback can only be removed if it's false.
  • If you believe feedback is false, you can open a dispute thread.
    • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
    • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
      • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

I dont see why the refund should be changed, you also left them a feedback regarding the refund. We can change the feedback you gave them to negative as well if you wish.

I’m not concerned about the transaction or the feedback I left for them. I want the feedback that spicymoon left for me, calling me a shady seller, to be removed. I acted in good faith, delivered the item within minutes, and the account was as described.

The only reason this guy left me negative feedback is because I left him poor feedback. That’s unfair and retaliatory; it isn’t how a feedback system should work. His feedback is not truthful and does not reflect the sale
