He took the account without paying, and after we recovered the account from Riot (due to him not paying) and sold it to another customer, he contacted me offering the full amount. After sending the money to me without my permission, I immediately refunded the money he just sent, letting him know the account was no longer available, due to the absence of payment during the original transaction.

These guys are trusted but I am really mad because I made a typo over the transaction all they needed to do was tell me to make another transaction. They did not say anything but just took the account when I've spent time to play and rank it up.

From his feedback it seems he had the account for a few days. How long did he have it?

It also sounds like there was a error with payment. Why did you give him the account if he didn't pay yet? Did you contact him asking for payment when you didn't get it?
