Negative feedback from non-buyer

I received a one-star feedback from the user https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/1165162 who never bought anything from me. I don't think this user understands that you can't submit valid BUYER feedback if they NEVER bought anything from me.


Before the feedback was placed, this was our only exchange:

Immediately after receiving this message, I went to my thread to change the pricing as it was an honest mistake.

Thank you Deline. When can I expect the feedback to be removed? Seems like he's upping the usage of damaging words with each new feedback
