Negative Feedback From Jeevez(banned)

I recieved a negative from Jeevez who was banned( no surprise ) about 1-2 years back which I would like kindly removed. There was no scam involved other than I requested by toon back from him after realizing the deal was not as satisfactory as he made it out to be.

Regardless, he is banned and simply did the negative to possibly subdue his anger from not getting what he wanted.

We do not remove negative feedbacks because a user is banned unless the feedback is false.

Since it has been over a year since it was left, it is impossible to conduct an investigation at this point and should have been disputed at the time it was given.

It will not be removed. Sorry.
