Other information: I've been working a lot the past few days and logged into the site to bump a thread and just seen a negative feedback from this guy. I logged into Skype to 15 missed calls and probably 30+ messages with racial slurs and what not about how I am a scammer when that is not remotely true.

He says he never received any email and called me a hacker for getting the account banned. So I am not even 100% sure that account is even banned yet, or what it could possibly even be banned for. I've never had a single complaint now until this, and its from a guy with no reputation. I'd be naive to not make sure it is really banned and what the reason behind it would be, after ONE DAY when it has been an active account for months.

Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: The feedback is wrong because I never scammed anyone, then he claims I never did a refund either. It's hard to refund when you know nothing is wrong, perhaps if he took the time to post here or email me instead of harassing my Skype this could have been solved sooner.

Then he makes another account to add me on so he can harass me even more.

-- Once this happens, regardless of what happens after, the dispute is resolved and no bans will be issued.

Based on our dispute rules for LoL, you have to either provide him with another account of equal value or a refund if you can't prove the account wasn't recalled.

The account wasn't recalled though. It was allegedly banned. He also didn't even dispute a recall or anything, he just gave me feedback; harassed me on Skype, then has been MIA since and changed his Skype name.

Hi so the second I bought the account I instantly logged on and played one game then I went off. The next day when I logged on it said that I have been permanently banned. So then I was like wtf?!?!?!?!? I then went to go contact riot support after couple of hours I got a reply saying that the account was permanently banned for using bots and scripts etc. Meaning that this guy cmeedrp botted the account.
The account was banned on October 16.

imgur sucks. I don't know why it doesn't work. Anyways, I am working on finding a comparable account to compensate. Other options are a full refund, or a partial refund with an account that is not of equal value.

Can someone confirm if you can get banned in LoL the same day for cheating or does it take at least 24 hrs to get reported, investigated and banned?

With the new report system, you can get banned within the hour of doing something, i intentionally feeded a game and I got two week ban for that exact reason two minutes after the game can provide proof hope that answers your questions.

It seems LoL has a new ban feature for feeding and trolling ingame that's automated and can ban someone shortly after the game is finished. However I was unable to find anything about quick bans for botting.

The last major ban wave for botting was in June of this year and I did not read anything about a new system to ban botters instantly.

At this time, it seems unlikely isPAN Happy was banned because he botted after only a few games and within the same day. The new system Riot launched is only for trolling, not for botting, so I'll assume those are still manually investigated.

Cmeedrp unless you can show some article that talked about a new botting detector that can ban instantly, the feedback will remain. If you issue a full refund then it can be removed.

I sent this dude a full refund. So he goes and refunds it back because paypal said he would have to wait 21 days. I don't know if he is unverified or what but he didn't look into it obviously. Now they are making me wait 5 days for his refund of my refund. He expects me to send another 80 while I still haven't gotten my first 80 back. So as you can imagine he's harassing my again.

What's the penalty if I don't refund this kid since he hasn't provided any proof that I got the account banned anyways. I'm really over trying to work with this child.

Why was there a 21 day wait time on the refund?

It's been more than 5 days now, so you should have your refund back by now. Once you issue the refund the feedback will be removed.
