The user ! High SkiLL purchased my 6.2k mmr solo account. Shortly after purchasing he lost much mmr and clearly was upset so he reported me as a scammer. Proof of sale isn't required. Feedback on both accounts prove sale happened.
Purchase was on April 27, he left you negative feedback on July 5th. Why did you wait over 6 weeks to report it when you were online?
So 2 months after purchase he got mad for losing MMR and called you a scammer? That makes no sense. Did he contact you to talk about it first? If so post the full chat logs.

He didn't contact me whatsoever. Why did you wait over 6 weeks to report it when you were online? Uh, what? I never knew you could report false rep, it's most likely from a kid since I didn't scam this guy and used http://www.epicnpc.com/threads/6751...-ALL-GAMES-Fee-as-LOW-as-8-Middleman-Services as a middleman. He didn't contact me about anything he just wants to be an ***, I knew going into this trade that I was trading with a child with their parent's creditcard and that he would do something like this when he got upset. You can check my pms, he never messaged me anything about me scamming him, which if you got scammed by someone for an account you would first logically try to message them on skype to see what's up and then send them a pm on the forums.

You stated twice that he was mad at you because he lost a lot of MMR. How do you know this if he never contacted you? PM me the dotabuff URL so I can see his matches since April 27th.
At this time I know nothing of why he left you negative feedback. Maybe someone recalled the account and this has nothing to do with MMR.
The feedback was given to you almost 2 months ago. You could have contacted any mod to ask them if you can remove it or post in the Help forum. Our FAQ page also states what to do if you get false feedback

The longer someone waits to report false feedback, the harder is becomes to remove it. Had you reported it much sooner, High SkiLL would have been required to back up his claims, but 7 weeks is a long time. Maybe High SkiLL will never come back to this site. We don't remove feedback without proof just because someone says it's false.
If I can see the dotabuff link and see he lost a lot of games and MMR. Maybe I can change it to neutral. Otherwise you need to contact him and ask him about the feedback. Then post those chat logs here.
If he logs into his Epicnpc account and doesn't reply, then I can also remove it.

Check out his vengful performance game as well as losing on all random. He turned off match sharing shortly after as he probably got reported back in low prio and continued to lose mmr.

From my understanding you can only lose MMR through ranked games, correct?
Based on this there's not enough evidence to back up your claim. In the future report feedback sooner.
