I received a negative feedback after the client account was suspended.
The client ordered me to boost two accounts in wow classic, one of which was suspended for transfer to third parties.
In his feedbacks, he pointed out that I did not use vpn and this is true. I did not use it, but I did not promise him that I would use vpn.
To his question about whether I would use vpn I answered NO and added that the account should not be blocked because I have experience boost for example in Overwatch.
My statement is based on my personal experience.

As I responded on Skype and would gladly show a full transcript, the user never answered if they used a VPN and almost seemed to dodge the question. They answered if any accounts were ever banned for their services as they responded “they were not”. Never once did they say they did not use a vpn even though I asked at least two times in the conversation leading up. Also the suspension was only for a month as I showed the user and did not ask for a full refund but I would like some sort of reimbursement as it’s removing a month of play time that I cannot get back due to their services.

He also said that the day after boost the account was suspended. I think this is not true. I finished the 17th, today is September 25th. Can I find out the date the letter was received?

Client asked me two questions in one sentence. English is not my native language and I often use google translator. I answered NO and expanded my answer regarding another question. Having a lot of experience, I know when a client asks me several times that I should answer him. If I used vpn, I would certainly say YES.

Hello, everybody.
This morning I have carefully studied the case. My friends told me that if Blizzard saw suspicious activity, it could be: a game with different ip addresses, a synchronous login from different countries (when the booster is playing and the client is in launcher) then they are instantly suspended account. In this case, it's been 8 days since boost.

As for vpn. Every day a lot of customers write to me and ask me about using vpn. I always answer them! There is no reason why I will "hide" this. I either say Yes or No. It's my job, I'm not new to the business and I know exactly what the client wants from me. Unfortunately in this case, I said they were not. When I said They meant the guys who would do the boost on the two accounts of the client.

There was banwave / suspension wave on many us based wow accounts,it would happen with or without vpn regardless.Acc sharing on US region is not safe as it was before.Only thing is how seller handle those situations with customers, negative feedback would be unfair to anyone if seller warns customer that acc sharing is very risky if its not done properly to minimize risks.

I also thought about the risks, maybe it's a fact that can't be regulated. I am glad when the client is satisfied with my work, but when Blizzard interferes with the boost process unexpected and sad things can happen.

There's nothing a seller can do about that. When a booster logs into a purchased account the IP will be changed. That's the risk a buyer accepts when boosting an account. Since there's nothing a seller can do about that, it's just bad luck.

Feedback changed to neutral as we cannot remove it since a transaction has occurred.
