Other details / notes: if I really deserve for VAC ban if I cheat, so I will get VAC ban on other accs, but I don't. So, obviously, he's cheating on account that I sell for him and he pust the blame on me for it. I told him to give me a screenshot but he didn't provided me anything.

I can understand you, but why he don't provided me any screenshot oh his game(you can see it in skype logs)? We can see his score and other then decide that he was cheated or not.
For example, this account (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198070751056) is not banned, but my friend played on this acc too, so if my friend was playing with cheats that account must be banned like this one what I sold.

But I can surely say that I sell only trusted and verified accounts, and I refund money or replace account if some problem appeared. I care for my reputation
(I have replaced an account for 5FC because it was recovered and I give him that supreme account that was banned after he play on it. I just suspect that he was planning to get a new account for free)
