Negative Feedback for Sale

I received a negative feedback for a sale that did not go through. The reason why it did not go through is because the buyer lied and did not meet my requirements. No payment was ever made and no account details were given. I'd like this feedback removed. If the guy was openly honest even about not meeting all my requirements, we may have been able to work it out.
