negative feedback for no reason

I have received negative feed back from ruby shark I have not made a trade with the person read the feed back it says that they changed their password and gave me my account back from my recollection I have not made any trade with this person but even if I had the feed back says I'm scammer but yet no trade was completed I still have my account and they still have theirs so no reason for a negative feedback

I have made a response to that accusation and also if I have more accusations please let me know who and where so I can resolve those issues as well thank you
