Negative feedback for no reason

Received a negative feedback from some random user with message "got scammed real bad".

He had to get scammed by my skype impersonator, there is a person that created a skype with same name and added a small dot at the end.
In every thread of mine i have a clear information about that, and even a big fat button that is linked to a script skype:add?enigmalolboost (which is my only, real skype).

I also notified the user that left me negative feedback through PM just now to let him know he most likely got scammed by impersonator, and linked him this thread.
I hope to get this negative feedback removed as soon as possible as i wanted to come back to selling soon and it just scares off potential customers.
