Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: Guy asks me on discord to be a midleman in his trade. He than adds me in to group chat on skype. I notice that the seller is on my ignore list and thus i refuse to do this midleman service. I have the right to refuse any MM deal for any reason. I inform the buyer that the seller is on my ignore list and i leave conversation. 5 minutes after that seller gives me negative feedback which is invalid as no trade/deal took place.

If i can add my 5 cent, Elkido said right, nothing was sold, but its becouse MM didnt do his job according to his subjective opinion, he just enter to conversation and made negative impression about me and broke deal. After that, i tried to ask him why? And only after this ignore i added negative feedback.

We only allow feedback if a transaction was started. This means either payment was sent or some information or item was sent. Since nothing was exchanged, the transaction did not start yet and so feedback can't be given. It's been removed.
