Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong:
Other details / notes: Our boosted had not played on the account yet, it was banned when he went to go play.

I'll be going over the message he left in the feedback to prove that none of it is valid.

"I Brought their Boosting services, It got my account banned"

Our booster logged on to his account to do the boost and when he opened the client it was already banned. The buyer admitted on Skype that he had previously bought boosting from
a lot of different people which is the reason his account got banned. We had 0 involvement in his ban.

"did not ask me for any compensation"

Since we weren't the reason behind his account getting banned we only sent him a full refund of the money he paid for the boost.

I can provide proof of chat logs / proof he had been boosted before.

Approximately how many trades have you done on EpicNPC ? Around 10 now, trying to start up a boosting company and invested in a website which is being made now. False feedback hurts us an extreme amount when we are trying to build a good rep for our future customers. This customer has purchased boosting from other company's making the account have IP's login from multiple different countries, resulting in the temp ban.

Its not a necessarily a fake feedback. that chat does not prove at all the account was banned before it started.

Do you have any actual proof it was banned previous to your login?

We can't look up his rank on websites because his stats don't appear and he hasn't responded when we tried to contact him. His account will still be at the rank he was when he bought boosting from us (4063) There's a chance he may have decayed a tiny bit.

He should be unbanned soon so he would be able to log into his account and prove that he's still at that rank and we hadn't played a game on his account yet.

He's able to log into one of many tracking sites to see his current rank while he's still banned, such as master overwatch that will show that his current rank hasn't changed (meaning we hadn't played on it)

That's a search of the battletag that we were going to boost, as you can see nothing comes up.

Account was not banned at the TIME i handed over the account, it was banned in the process of your booster logging in and staying afk on that account for so long

It is not a TEMP Ban, i spend good money on this account and some guy who has no experience in the boosting industry destroys my account which i had spent over $2000 on skins, Thanks alot!
I demand a higher compensation then just a full refund which i did not even receive for some time

• The account isn't perm banned, it's banned from competitive play for the rest of the season, and the account itself is completely fine otherwise and will be able to play competitive next season. It isn't "ruined"

• Refund was in your paypal account 13 minutes after you asked for it, asking for refund: https://i.imgur.com/Exfyub8.png, refund complete https://i.imgur.com/KRcxujH.png

• We are starting out but we have over 10 boosts completed already, you're the first to have multiple boosters play on your account prior to us and you're also the first customer to have any account issues.

https://pastebin.com/raw/ZNA1YDDk there is the chat log of us explaining why we believed it got banned to him, at the end we are happy to talk to him more to discuss the ban but he hasn't been on Skype since the end of that chat log so we haven't been able to communicate with him whatsoever.

• I don't believe we caused the ban since nobody on our boost team had their accounts banned, and no other customers came forward to say they were banned. Typically in ban waves the booster + other customers would get the same ban. I believe one of the previous boosters he went with had this ban wave happen to them and as a result he was banned, we were just caught in the crossfire.

• The most we could've got him banned for was account sharing, not boosting. Since we didn't play a single game on his account.

More proof our booster hadn't played a game yet, since he has already decayed (bottom left message of his screenshot)

Its not permabanned, but a ban for competitive play for season, this is damage to the account and we count that in need for refund. All bans of any sort are stacking. blizzard believes in a penalty volcano.
but at the same time theres too many people on this account.

Based on the info provided, the booster did not play any games, but did log into the account.

Scenario #1
Booster logged in and his IP triggered some sort of alert. Blizzard investigated and saw the IP was from a known booster and banned the account.

This seems unlikely to me.

1. Even if the boosters IP triggered an alert and a Blizzard employee checked, the booster never played a match. I'm not sure if Blizzard would issue a ban when the IP detected never even played.
2. That would be very fast for Blizzard. Millions of players game and there must be thousands of IP alerts daily. It seems very unlikely to me this alert was triggered and a ban was issues so fast.

Scenario #2
Pluffy admitted to buying boosting many times before. His account could have been flagged long ago and the temp ban just happen to trigger at this time. Or perhaps he had multiple alerts on his account and he hit some sort of limit that triggered the ban.

There's no evidence either way, but the seller has already issued a full refund. We will not require them to pay anything else as it seems more probable the ban was caused by the buyer's actions than the seller's.

For the feedback, we will change it to neutral since there's not enough evidence. I also edited it to include the fact a full refund was given and that the cause was more likely the buyer's fault.
