Neg rep to neutral?

I received a negative rating and I feel like the person didn't have the right to give me a negative feedback, only a neutral feedback. I gave them an league of legends account, it has not been recalled or recovered or anything like that, hes just mad that he didn't get what he misinterpreted and now he is complaining. My website said it was unranked and it truly was unranked, hes just mad that it had ranked games last season and that it wasn't posted on the website, even though he could've contacted me through my email if he had questions. Since I had no money at the moment, I had offered him a replacement account with very similar stats and his definition of "unranked" however, he just rages on and refuses to cooperate, even though I said if he wanted a monetary refund, he would have to wait 2 weeks. Would this even be enough to be a neutral?

I agree with RagingKittens in the aspect that I think most, if not all, buyers who buy unranked accounts assume the account has never been ranked. In this case it was ranked in a previous season. I'm assuming there's a reason someone wants an unranked account, so the fact it was ranked before defeats the whole purpose of buying an unranked one.

However I'm not sure, so if someone wants to post why anyone would want an unranked account and if there's any negative effect to having been ranked in a previous season, please post and let me know.

Offering a replacement account is fine, however the user said he wasn't interested in it. You can't force someone to take a different account than the one they wanted. Maybe it didn't have the champions he wanted or has worse stats, again I don't know.

Unranked accounts are not expensive accounts, so I don't see any reason why you couldn't just refund him.

I'd like to hear from RagingKittens on why he didn't want the replacement account and hopefully someone could also explain the importance of having a true unranked account.

RagingKittens was online yesterday, so I don't know why he didn't reply. I replacement account was offered that was truly unranked, so I see no problem with changing the feedback to neutral since RagingKittens didn't bother to reply with his side of the story.

chrislee777 you should update the account that were ranked in previous seasons so there's no disputes in the future.
