I bought a toon from some one and then had it put on a new acct but now I want to transfer that toon to another server wondering is it safe for me to use my credit card to transfer that toon to another server even though acct has his name on it?

Yes its perfectly safe. Blizzard doesn't check anything with credit cards because they wouldn't be able to get into details if maybe you were the person's family member who visited and you're helping him out by giving him your credit card to initiate a transfer.

Old post, but zero is right. Been there, done that, and problems have never arose.

i've used tonnes of credit cards on many diff accounts.

never had a problem

I can say from experience that this is not strictly true. Although at the moment they don't seem to be linking credit cards for transfers they do link accounts via credit card billing. When they ban an account for botting they also ban accounts associated with the credit card if its used for the subscription.
