We have waited well over one and a half hour for a middleman i paid 10dollars to help me complete a transaction with an account. Can this be for real? Can someone help us as soon as possible, it kind of feels like a joke by now to be honest.

There has been one joining but he said he only knew how i could pay with bitcoin, even tho i chose PayPal - Its been 4 hours almost now without any middlemen available - Honestly you cant take 10 dollars for a service, and to begin with even run a website like this where you are just not available or sleeping.... I mean come on....
Only very trusted select handles middleman stuff. It sounds like you expect everyone who does it to be active 24/7.. people have lives outside of the internet. it sucks you gotta wait but that's just how it is. if it goes over 24h the thing will be canceled
Average claim time is less than 1 minute. We are a US company so we do not have any employees working at 6:30am to answer questions, sorry. Our volunteer moderators are global, but they would not be able to help you with this type of question.
There are usually many reasons why a MM is not claiming your transaction. For your transaction you're selling a faceit.com account, which we do not even have a category for. Most likely the MM are not familiar with Faceit and this is why no one claimed it.
