Looking For: Gaming Community Operations Manager — WoW / Disc​

Epic Assists is looking for a reliable and proactive Gaming Community Operations Manager to help manage and grow our Discord-based gaming services community.

Compensation​

$3/hour — 40 hours per week + commission

There is no fixed daily schedule. Hours can be flexible throughout the week as long as responsibilities are handled and communication stays consistent.

What You'll Do​

• Manage day-to-day Discord operations
• Handle customer inquiries and order tickets
• Recruit and onboard boosters
• Assign orders to available boosters
• Track orders through completion
• Recruit customers and grow the community
• Manage advertisers/referrals
• Improve Discord roles, bots, tickets, and workflows
• Help develop new ideas for generating orders

We're currently focused on World of Warcraft, but we plan to expand into other games. You don't need to be a WoW expert—the game-specific side can be learned.

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, communicates well, takes initiative, and wants a long-term role helping build the operation.

Pay: $3/hr + commission | 40 hrs/week | Flexible schedule
