I have some questions regard's buying a warframe account
such as if you buy a warframe account other then the main account what should the seller give you? And if its steam linked does he have to give you the steam account linked to?

I don't understand this question. Do you characters? You want to buy one of the characters on the account, not the whole account?

The seller should unlink it first. If they can't unlink it, then yes, you must also receive the Steam account to fully secure the Warframe account.
