Some guy was wanting to buy my account, so we were talking and then he was talking about buy his brother gold because he cant cause of his girl friend and gives me 300$ from a asian pp account. I was confused an instantly returned the money thinking that if I got the money and spent it I would get into trouble and they would get the gold. Am i being paranoid or can this happen?

While I feel you should flesh out the story a bit as I cannot tell exactly what happened there is almost no such thing as 'too paranoid.'

You should NEVER make a deal where you are not comfortable with the transaction fully.
