I have a personal (high end) account in 7DS Grand Cross. It is linked to everything possible, I am looking for someone experienced with Seven Deadly Sins Grand Cross selling or a middleman who maybe can help me on how to sell this account. At the moment I just need to chat with someone who can give me a direction on how to do this.

When selling any account, you want to make sure it's unlinked to anything else or if it requires 1 link, then only to one.
For the most secure transfer, you want to include that one linked account to the MM and buyer. If you're currently using an account for the link you can't give away, you should make a new dummy account and re-link it to that. This way during the transaction you can provide the MM with the main game account and dummy account you have it linked to.
Some games don't allow unlinking or a support ticket has to be opened to unlink. You'll have to find out if that's the case with your game.
To recap,
1. Unlink all accounts before selling.
2. If one link is required, create a new account and link the game to that new account.
