Need False Feedback Removed

I was required by EPICNPC admin to create this feedback dispute since yesterday, just created today due to time constraint, according to http://www.epicnpc.com/itrader.php?u=313396 (my closed account on 13 august), there are two false negative feedbacks. EPICNPC admin has contacted both of the epicnpc users and they'll be asked to show proof they purchased anything from the account.

To clear things up Insanebigfoot was spaceboys's first account that had an authenticator on it. spaceboys lost or sold his phone or something like that and couldn't log back into the account because of the authenticator. Since there was no contact info other than the email, I had nothing to verify it was his account so I told him the account is lost and he has to create a new one, which he did and is spaceboys.

Insanebigfoot has been inactive since Aug 13th.

uncle drew and maxprime95 please show proof that you contacted Insanebigfoot to make a sale since both feedbacks were given at around Aug 28, two weeks after he lost access to the account.
