Need advice

I did a trade of an age of conan account for a BC enable Wow account and 2 months payment(1 month on 2 different accounts)

Ok so the trade went fine, The guy had good rep 10+ and paid for my one wow account time.

Gave me details to the BC enable account, but has never allowed for the changing of the email via his email notice from when I tried to change the email.

He has also never activated the account like he agree to do, Now All Im left with is a BC enable account and 1 month on my last account, and am out my level 70 age of conan account.

I have giving him a month now to work things out and nothing, I am thinking of trying to recall my aoc account but think e might have sold it and hate to take it off someone who paid for it.

So what can I do? If I could make sure the BC enable account was safe I would cut my losses but how can I make it safe when Im not the OO and cant change the Email?

Horrible situation man, sorry to hear that.
I am inclined to say recall your AOC account as its rightfully yours and just give back what he gave to you so you are even. What evidence do you have to say he sold it?

Well not evidence that it acutally sold, but he did have it listed.

And as far as giving back what he gave, cant even get in touch with him >.<
