Need advice, Paypal Inquiry Temp Hold

I recently did my first transaction selling a WoW account. Everything went smoothly, he was a very nice guy and after receiving my money to him and giving him the account information. I attempted to deposit the money into my bank account from Paypal.

The next morning I woke up and it alerted my my account is on Temporary Hold and required proof of address and photo id. I uploaded them a copy of my drivers license and utility bill and they were both confirmed.
Hours later I received this email:

We're sorry, but your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this
time. We need more information about your account before we can restore
full access to your account. Please complete the steps below so that we may
review your account further:

1. A full description of the item that was purchased, and the value of the
item.
If the payment was for a service, please describe the service purchased.
2. Confirm if you received the item or provide tracking if you shipped the
item.
3. Details of any other payments you sent or received that were related to
the above transaction
4. Please provide information regarding any relationship or business
affiliation that you have with the above party(ies).
5. We would like to obtain as much information as possible about the above
transaction(s), including any email correspondence between you and the
buyer, in order to expedite this investigation.



First I am not sure where to upload this information to, and second I am not sure if i should tell them it was a digital service or that he even purchased my WoW account. I am very afraid my account may be lost and the money will be reversed. Please help, any advice appreciated.
 
Have a bit worse thing here (sorry for hijacking thread btw lol)

Basically He send me the money, but the wow management page was down and I had to go, so ok, I send him the money back till Im home. So I return home, and voila, my money balance is -100$.

Im kind of freaked out a bit, also, where do I upload the info they needed? (utility bill/drivers licence and all that)
 
when you click "resolve problem" it takes you to the screen showing the stuff. It will say Steps To Resolve Problem and on the right side it will say "resolve" and when you click that it will take you to an upload/fax screen

First off , with paypal you always want to make sure you wait at least 3 days before withdrawing a payout to your bank account. Because technically if you were to receive the money 3 days later and then close your paypal account the buyer could do a chargeback and paypal would have to waste time sending a collections company on you for the money.

1. Just say, I sold virtual goods in which amounted to $

2. There is no proof of shipping for intangible goods, however, the buyer did receive the goods via email.

3. I withdrew the money he sent to me because selling intangible goods is often a risky business.

4. Include the email of you sending the virtual goods (censor out private information), also include chat logs etc.

Also ask the buyer to email paypal using the webform concerning your limited account case ID (make sure he inputs that) and ask him to tell paypal that he did indeed receive his virtual goods in a timely manner.
